Terms of Service

Seller Identity

Digital content is sold by Erisa Dajcaj via Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com) is the legal seller for billing and tax purposes.

Subscription Plans

Puzzly Pro is available at €3.99/month or €29/year. Both plans include a 7-day free trial — a valid payment method is required upfront and you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. For annual subscriptions, Lemon Squeezy will send a renewal reminder email approximately 30 days before your renewal date (as required by D.Lgs. 70/2003). You can cancel at any time via the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal — access continues until the end of the current paid period.

14-Day Withdrawal Waiver

By confirming payment and starting the service immediately, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under D.Lgs. 21/2014 art.59 (Italian implementation of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), as the digital service begins immediately upon payment.

Extra Puzzle Credits

Extra puzzle credits (€0.99 each) are a one-time purchase. Credits are non-refundable once granted, as the digital service begins immediately upon payment (same withdrawal waiver as subscriptions).

Good-Faith Use

By using Puzzly you agree to use the service in good faith: don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and respect other users' privacy and content.

Your Content

You own the puzzles you create. You are responsible for what you put in them — do not include unlawful, hateful, or infringing material. Puzzles are shared via unguessable links; treat sensitive content accordingly.

Availability

Puzzly is provided 'as is', without warranty. The service may change, pause, or end, and individual puzzles may be removed if they violate these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Puzzly is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be notified by email where required by law.
